Why Some 'Job' Ads are Rejected/Banned?
Dear
recruiters,
FlexiJobs
is a bona fide job site. We have to
protect the interest of bona fide
recruiters & job seekers. As such, we can only accept properly written
job ads. Job ads must fulfill commonly accepted
criteria.
The ad
below is not acceptable.
Please
write your job ad well so that they will not be rejected and you will not be banned.
Posting of IT Jobs
Lately many
recruitment agencies have joined & posted a lot of IT jobs. This poses a
few questions:
§
To
maintain the credibility of the group, all messages are moderated. However, the
moderator does not have the time to approve
all messages.
§
Most
job seekers may not be seeking IT jobs. Thus a deluge of IT jobs may irritate
the majority of job seekers.
Solutions:
Allow these
recruiters to post IT jobs un-moderated.
We would
like to seek job seekers’ feedback on this matter.
